I need help. How can I speak to someone who can help me with my proposal?
Questions can be submitted to wellness@uwcf.org.
How do I submit a proposal?
Proposals must be submitted through the UWCF Online Submission System. No faxed, emailed, or mailed proposals will be accepted. Allow ample time for uploading and confirmation receipt. If for any reason a proposal is submitted twice, the last submission received will be the one accepted for review.
How do I check the status of my proposal?
If you have questions about your proposal, you may contact wellness@uwcf.org.
How do I edit my proposal?
Once your proposal is completed and submitted, there is no way to edit it. However, you are able to save a proposal and return to it to complete it at a later date/time.
To save your proposal in order to complete and submit it later, click “Save & Continue Later” at the bottom of the form and save the link you see on the page. You may also enter your email address so the link to your proposal form is emailed to you.
How do I return to my proposal to complete it after I have saved it?
To return to your proposal form in order to complete and submit it, click the link you saved (and/or the link that was emailed to you) after you clicked “Save & Continue Later” at the bottom of the form.
You should return to your application, and all form fields should retain all information you previously entered. However, please double-check all form fields prior to submitting your proposal to confirm that all form fields are complete.
I do not have my organization’s 501(c)(3) determination letter. Can I still apply?
If you do not have a copy of your 501c3 Determination Letter from the IRS to submit, you can still apply.
You must upload a document in its place that shows your 501c3 status. The Proposal Review team alone will determine if your organization still qualifies based on the document you upload.
However, it should be noted that organizations that can provide a copy of their 501(c)(3) Determination Letter have a better chance of getting their application approved.
